I AM A STUDENT OF CPT AND I HAVE ONE PROBLEM IN LAW THAT IS HOW TO IDENTIFY WHETHER A GIVEN CASE IS PARTNERSHIP OR NOT.SUCH TYPE OF QS ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED IN THE CPT EXAM PLEASE TELL.

Read the topic "true test of partnership" which says that mutual agency is true test to determine that given person are partner or not.
It means that if one partner can bind firm and other partners, it means it is partnership.
