Mt querry is whether hotels are also liable to pay Luxury tax on other services such as telephone, laundary, business centre, Health club etc. I am working in a Hotel and paying luxury tax on room rent but our auditor raised to pay the tax on other services also. Please clarify with reason whether auditors are justified or not?
