LTCG on sales of mutual funds by NRI is taxable or not ? if possible provide section also. thanks

the exemption u/s 10 is for residents only for nri its taxable.

there is no such distinction for LTCG on residential basis. it shall be fully exempt under section 10(38) irrespective of residence status.
