I have sold 2 flats and bought 2 new flats in the same year and have calculated the LTCG. There is no LTCG, I want to know do I need to mention detais of flat sold and purchased in ITR.

Yes, you have to mention the calculation of capital gains and if there is a capital gain claim Section 54 Benefit also.
