Plz clear that LTA on which basis is exempt?

suppose a person claimed LTA for 2 block in a journey made on april09 & another single block period calimed in journey made on Feb,10. Can both LTA amount will be tax fee?

04 March 2010 The year for LTA is considered as calender year i.e. Jan to Dec.

Hence, both the claims would be exempt even though both fall in the same AY.
