Sir, I am doing job in pharma while shifting Raw Material from Store to production, Due to trolly problem my Raw material let down on floor (Floor par girgaya) now the material is useless I could I do entry to maintain my stock.

In your stock records (bin cards), it should be recorded as a loss due to accident. In your books of accounts, it will automatically come as consumption when you record closing stock. You can classify the consumption into what went to production and what was lost due to accident.
