Lost a.r.e.1 original and duplicate copy

My CHA has been misplaced or lost Original and Duplicate copies of A.R.E 1. The consignment was cleared under claim of rebate.
Is there any procedure to file rebate claim without Original and duplicate copies of ARE1.
Pls advice.

05 July 2014 Yes, there are verious case law that you can claim the rebate if ARE-1 has been lost.
