we loss stock due to our cold storage out of order how can i have to book loss stock entry in tally erp 9 ????

Open a new ledger name as ' loss of stock '.
Pass JV as follows:
Loss of stock...dr
to stock (with value)...cr
thats it.
Pass JV as follows:
Loss of stock...dr

thats it.
