Loss of st 38

15 May 2012 Dear Sir,

I have lost ST 38. and even I have informed the same to the Haryana Accessing Authority. They are asking for certain documents which I already have. Now the pending document is Indeminity Bond for the lost ST 38. Can you please let me have the format of same.

Now it will be VAT form XXVIII-B.Please refer to web site WWW.haryanatax.gov.nic.in and in that click forms,down load the required form. If you do not succeed in that way refer to any VAT Act book of Haryana state you will get it.
