Loss from house property - let out

21 January 2014 Dear Colleagues,

Can anyone tell me if an employer can allow tax benefit to the employee for loss from house property which is let out?
If yes, Do they allow full benefit as per u/s 24 or upto 1.5 lakhs?

Yes it is allowed and as per u/s 24. Employees are required to provide computation there of.
