I purchased flat for 20 lacs in apr 2011 and recknor cost was 22 lacs .As agreement cost was 20 lacs. Now I want to sell this flat for 24 lacs. what will be the cost for STCG. 24 lacs - 20 lacs= 4 lacs benefit or 24 lacs - 22 lacs = 2 lacs benefit
