I e-filed my IT return for the AY 2010-11 through a professional. Now I would like to e-file now for the AY 2011-12 by myself. But I am not able to reset my login password as I am not having the acknowledgement no. How could i reset my password without contacting the previous professional. Well the site says me to send login credential to an e-mail id to reset the password. what does it mean? Can anyone give a specimen e-mail to be send to the id in this regard?
