SEBI has notified SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) on September 2, 2015 which came into force w.e.f. 01/12/2015 and has replaced the old Listing Agreement.
SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 contain a comprehensive set of regulations relating to disclosure of information by listed entities, including the mode, manner and details of information required to be disclosed by them
