15 January 2017 dear sir, we need to sale interstate sale but dealer asking for drop material in Delhi. so please suggest me how can I make sale bill.

15 January 2017 From which state to which state you are billings. If delivery (consignee) in same state but bill out side state (Buyer) it amounts to E-1 sales.
