Can a trust take loan from a private limited Company? The one trustee is also a director of this pvt ltd company.
Please guide me.

Is the Trust Deed authorise the trust to take loan?
If yes...it can take loan
If no....it has to alter the trust deed in order to take loan
If yes...it can take loan
If no....it has to alter the trust deed in order to take loan
