Dear Experts,
Mr A is running proprietary firm now Mr. A want to introduce the capital of 2 Lakh in his proprietary concern. My query is can we consider this 2 Lakh as unsecured loan in the books instead of capital introduction.
Please suggest....

Since he is running properietorship firm how can he give unsecured loan to himself.
