NBFC PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY HAVEING PAID UP CAPITAL RS. 49.50 LACS AND RESERVE AND SURPLUS RS. 22 LACS WANTS TO TAKE LOAN ABOUT OR ABOVE 50 LACS FROM SHAREHOLDERS AND ENTIRE AMOUNT PAY TO LIMITED COMPANY AS LOAN. IS IT ANY VIOLATION ? PLEASE ADVISE
