when can i approach bank to get loan for Pvt Ltd ? Before Incorporation or After Incorporation ?

It will be only after Incorporating a company., and also ., there should be proper background for the directors., as the banker will not alone look the company., if it si newly incorporated., in my client case it has taken more than one year., to get the loan...
