08 April 2014 I have to register an LLP having capital 6 lakh what should be the value of stamp paper on which i should execute LLP deed?

08 April 2014 The same as would in case of a partnership firm registered in you state. In Maharashtra stamp duty is 1% subject to maximum of Rs. 5,000/- So if your are registered in Maharashtra stamp duty would be Rs. 5,000/-.
