This error is common when there is a mismatch or an incorrect entry related to the practicing professional's details in the LLP Form-8. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this issue:
### Steps to Resolve the Issue
1. **Verify Membership and COP Number:** - Double-check the membership number and Certificate of Practice (COP) number of the practicing professional. Ensure they are correctly entered in the form.
2. **Update DSC Registration:** - Even if you have updated the DSC, it's worth checking the registration status on the MCA portal again. Sometimes re-registering the DSC can resolve such issues.
3. **Professional Details in Form:** - Ensure the details entered in the form match exactly with the details registered with the MCA portal. This includes the spelling of the name, membership number, and COP number.
4. **Check MCA Database:** - Verify that the practicing professional's details are correctly listed in the MCA database. This can be done by checking the membership number on the ICAI website or the respective professional body’s website.
5. **Browser Compatibility:** - Use a compatible browser for MCA filings. Internet Explorer is often recommended for MCA portal tasks. - Ensure that Java is correctly installed and enabled on your system.
**Clear Cache and Temporary Files:** - Clear cache, cookies, and temporary files from your browser. - Try accessing the MCA portal in incognito mode.
**Form Version:** - Ensure you are using the latest version of LLP Form-8. Download the latest form from the MCA portal if necessary.
**Pre-Scrutiny Error Handling:** - Sometimes the pre-scrutiny step can be tricky. Make sure you save the form, close it, and then reopen it before attempting the pre-scrutiny again.
