Please be advised that I have to file LLP Form 8 that mandates that "Disclosures under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006" must be attached with it.
I am not sure where I can find the format. Therefore request your "Good Forum" to help me with this format.
Also suggest me as to how many members need to sign this.
