Respected sir/madam
i want to strike off the LLP by filling form 24.
is it possible to strick off LLP within period of one year from date of incorporation..?
the date of incorporation is in january 2016. so is it possible to file form 24 now for strike off the name of LLP.?

Yes. You can make application to registrar for striking off name.
