19 July 2014 I want to know the differences between LLP and OPC.
What will a better option for a Pvt.Ltd. Company?

19 July 2014 LLP is a kind of Partnership Firm with Partners having limited liability unlikje Partnership Firms. OPC is a private company having single owner.

If you want to do business alone OPC is better and if you have partners than LLP should be opted.
