If the Profit sharing ratio clause is left out in the LLP Agreement . Can we pass a resolution to include the same and attach with FORM -3?

If its left out in LLP Agreement.
Then you can pass resolution and can prepare addendum to LLP Agreement.
Then file LLP-3 with addendum.
Then you can pass resolution and can prepare addendum to LLP Agreement.
