If there is change/rectification in address of registered office of the company, which form to file?

and

After incorporating LLP. The minutes need to be prepared just like normal pvt.ltd or public limited companies.

13 March 2012 For change/rectification in address of registered office e-Form 18 need to be filed.

For maintaining minutes of LLP, you should refer your LLP Agreement, because LLP Act is silent on maintaining minutes.

13 March 2012 hi mitesh,

butin llp site form 4 is there mentioning....
Notice of appointment, cessation, change in name / address / designation of a partner / designated partner, intimation of DPIN and consent to become a partner/designated partner.

so form 4 is not required?
and one more thing,
when we incorporated LLP form 7 was there for DPIN. But later on partner added some letters in his name.

he is a director of one more company tat time we filed DIN 4.

So DIN 4 is sufficient or what? or there is some other way to intimate llp

Simplified procedure to change registered office of LLP anywhere in India by informing ROC and following prescribed procedure.

Notice of change of registered office to be filed to the Registrar within 30 days from the date of change in eForm 15 prescribed under Rule 17 of the LLP Rules 2009 along with the prescribed fees.

14 March 2012 Agree with Ajay Ji, as per the Section 13(3) and Rule 17, E-Form 15 shall be filed for Intimation of change in Registered Office.

14 March 2012 Dear Ajayji,

What about Director's name.... he has added few more letters in his name.. and we had filed DIN 4 with ROC..

So how to intimate that with LLP, New Delhi.. form 4 is there...

and registered office address is same but just a number of the gala missed out while incorporating a LLP...

If you wanted to change director name by filing DIN 4 then first of all required to change PAN of the Director.

I will suggest you to first of all you update the name with PAN database then you file the same with DIN Cell in DIN 4.
