18 June 2015 Kindly help me anyone in the following matter of LLP.
There are 4 partners who subscribed for LLP Agreement out of which 2 are designated partners. I want to know the procedure and what forms need to file with ROC if remaining 2 partners to be appointed as Designated partners????
