31 March 2012 Dear Experts,

We Remittance of licensing fee to IFC Washington, but we paid this payment to other company on behalf of IFC and Other company paid to IFC.

Now my query is that,

Can i deduct TDS on payment to Other Party
and also provide me any details which is applicable for income tax purpose
