In reverse charge categeory, what are the expenses covered under reverse charge mechanism when payments are made to the company directors

Reverse charge is not applicable if payment is made to the executive directors which is part of the remuneration.
It shall apply to all payment made towards services to non executive directors.

I feel only the payment to non-executive director for directorship is only covered by Reverse Charge other services like Immovable property or other professional services are not covered by Reverse charge.
