Liability of sercvice tax in case of voluntary registration

23 May 2014 After getting voluntary registration from ST department, is it becomes our liability to issue service taxed invoice and start paying service tax or rather we can enjoy the SSP limit up to 10 lakh turnover? Thanks in advance.

23 May 2014 Even you can register voluntary, you can take basic exemption under service tax till Rs.10 lakhs
