04 September 2009 I have query relating to FBT.

Whether the partners opf a firm having employer-employee relationship for the levy of FBT?

Whether FBT is payable by an entity having no employee?

For example, any partnership firm having four partners and out of above three partners getting remuneration from firm and no other employee.
