Our Company is registered with Excise. Till date, Our sale is under 1.50 crore limit. At this time, Neither we are billing with Excise duty nor taking cenvat of Excise. We want to do some Direct Export. IS IT NECESSARY TO GIVE "LETTER OF UNDERTAKING" TO EXCISE DEPARTMENT FOR REMOVAL OF GOODS FOR EXPORT WITHOUT DUTY?

Under SSI exemption no need to execute letter of undertaking for the purpose of export even if you are registered with central excise but return will be file.

Sir, can u give me the notification no. in which it is showing that there is no need of LUT for Export under SSI Exemption? Because Excise Department is asking for L U T from US.
