As per provisions of Section 12 (c) the Companies Act, 2013 Every Company shall gets its name, address of Registered Office and CIN ------ printed in all business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications.
Pl. guide me whether all this information is mandatory on Schedule V i.e. attachment of Annual Return and all pages of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account and on Schedules.

Page of balance sheet/ profit & loss account and schedules are not printed on letter head. only director report is printed on letter head
