Let income tax return

07 November 2012 I have filed income tax return for A.Y 08-09, 09-10 but not file For A.Y 10-11 now i want to file Income tax return for A.Y 10-11 can i file as a belated return. I also mention that in A.Y 10-11 income is not taxable.
