Hi,
One of my client has lost his father, now he wants to file his father's income tax return for the AY 2017-18 but legal heir certificate is required. How to obtain the legal heir certificate?

Thanks a lot mam. I have received the email but you have sent me an affidavit which is not valid now. I had sent this earlier it was rejected. Kindly share any other format if you have.
