18 December 2013 i want to know how the VCES scheme would help the existing consultants whose receipts are greater than the basic limit

20 December 2013 yes why not if in the period between 1.09.2009 to 31.12.2012, they were liable to service tax and not paid the same, they must opt for vces to avoid penalty/interest later
