For rent paid

TDS payable

Maintainance charges

Salary Payable

TDS deducted on salary

Travelling expenses

Printing and stationery

26 April 2012 I suppose you want the resp. groups for the accounts mentioned.

Should you open a trav exp. for accounting the advances gievn to the employees group it under Advances.
