Leaves during industrial training

Is there any one who have idea about the exams leave normally given by the companies during industrial training?
I have heard that few companies like Samsung allow no leaves.

Normally you dont get more than 2 months. Big4 firms though allow for 3.5 months. Having said that, it all varies from employer to employer
