plz tell me how to learn law via practice mannual

Only Practice Manual is not going to help. You need to go through a Proper Reference book, preferably Munish Bhandari. Then do Practice Manual and RTP as well.
Make a note of what you study along with relevant case law and sectional reference. This will help you in quick revision.
