Sir, if an assesee incurrs expenditure on gandening the land and put lawns thereon and plant trees. What type of expenditure it is ? Is it a capital or revenue expenditure ? and under which heading it will go ? whether depreciation will be allowed on it ? Pls guide. Thanks.
