can anybody tell me the difference between hire purchases agreement, and goods sold on approval basis

in purchase agreement you simply pay the price on shop and take delivery of the goods at once.

Whereas in case of goods sold on approval the delivery of goods is taken when goods is formally approved by the customer after inspection. The question of payment of price and delivery comes when goods approved.
