Pls help in getting law prepared for exams I usually understand it but when it comes to learning i don't remember the detailed provisions of companies act.

Hi Saurabh U purchase a munish bhandari text book and read it, first of all get clarity on each concept. Read the sections with clarity and then read the question given in past exams so that u know how to present an answer in exam. Its enough u can write ur exam without any doubt. All are important topics boss, if u skip any topic, a question may come frm that. Wishing u al d best
