02 January 2015 Book of Munish Bhandari is highly recommended. You must also study Practice Manual and RTP of relevant term to go with it.

02 January 2015 According to my View you should take G.K.Kapoor for IPCC Law.
Manish Bhandari book I am not aware for IPCC.
