Sir.am both group passed in may14 ..but till date not registred for articleship ...can I fill final registration form with articleship registration form after 30 oct....anyway by filling late fee.... Sir please help

you can file articleship registration form whenever you wish to. there is no last date etc. The only difference is that if you file let say after 1 November 2014, then your CA final attempt would shift from May 17 to November 17.
