Late filling of Return

22 August 2010 Dear Sir,

I want to know that, a person having the income above the maximum exemption limit. However the person has not filed the IT Return for more than 5 years. Whether the Returns can be filed now? If Yes / No, then what are the consequences?


Please help me out.
