dear Sir/ Madam , I have not file Roc returns for the financial year 2013-14. the company has authorised capilat of RS- 100000(one lakh ) in 2013-14. and Rs - 20000000 ( Rs two Crores ) as on 01/04/2017.

U can calculate your late fees on MCA website after entering CIN number of your company.
Normally late fees for such big delays is 10 times the fees for filing
