Last day of articleship

I have a joined a firm on 10 feb 2014 and take transfer on 1 july 2014 and join another firm on 1 august 2014 then what will be my last day of articleship..
please help me and explain in detail as well.

then wat date u put in form 109 will be taken as last date.
