Please let me know what is the last date of filing income tax return for AY 2012-13 for company required to file transfer pricing report.

Also are there two different dates for filing ITR and 3CEB?

26 September 2012 The due date for filing ITR for AY 2012-13 reporting Transfer Pricing transactions is 30th NOVEMBER.

No two difference dates for filing.
