Kindly let me know, the last date / due date for sending annual reports to share-holders before the date of AGM (Public LTD COMPANIES)

31 August 2008 Annual report is covered by the agenda of notice which has to reach the shareholders atleast 21 days before AGM. The annual report has to go with agenda.
