17 July 2013 For Obtaining Large service tax Payer's Status Service Provider/manufacturer has to first registered diffrent premises under Central Excise Act???

17 July 2013 Authority is same for large tax payers units and others unit. Application for registration as LTU should be made to assistant/deputy commissioner under central excise and to superintendent under service tax.
