DEAR SIR
I AM WORKING IN FIRM WHO IS GOVT APPROVED IN CONSTRUCTION WORK. IN THIS WORK WE PASSED SOME WORK TO SUBCONTRACTOR. SO MY QUESTION IS THAT IN OUR SALES BILL SHOW LABOUR CESS ON BASIC AMT @ 1%. CAN WE PASSED LABOUR CESS CROSS ENTRY TO SUBCONTRCTOR.
